So I applied for a credit card on the internet and was said that I should have a reply within 10 day... well time as passed and numerous calls now one could give me feedback. Then I was told that the card was declined cause they could not get hold of me, needless to say I did not have one missed call. Anyway they then got hold of me after another call to nedbank. A few days later I was told that the card was approved with a certain limit. I then phoned again a few days later to find out when the card will be delivered. I went to Nedbank Sandton city on the 31st of Jan. I was then told that the card has been destroyed. Phoned the call center then spoke to some guy and he said that he will reorder the card and will mark it as urgent and this will cost me an extra R300. I agreed to this. Today I phoned to find out if the card is there. Now I am told that the account has been closed. HOW CAN YOU CONFIRM THE CARD AND THEN GO BACK ON YOUR WORD??? Then spoke to Karen (call center manager) She is now looking into this.. AGAIN HOW CAN YOU SAY SOMETHING THEN GO BACK ON YOUR WORD...
