A friend and I went to Ocean Basket for lunch today, we had a lovely meal. I ordered some 100% oranje juice, something I drink on a daily basis lately.
My friend and I tasted the oranje juice and it didnt taste right.
I informed the waitress about this, which in return called the Manager.
I asked him if the expiring date on the juice was still valid and he informed me that it was only delivered 2 days ago.
He didnt argue with me or took a stand. He gladly asked me if I wanted to try another juice or want my money back.
Also informed me that he always take the customer serious and investigate the situtation.
I really felt the Manager did a fantastic job.
We were in a rush and I am sorry I didnt catch his name.
WELL DONE and we will def be back.
