I ordered a pizza on the weekend. The Pizza was over 40 minutes late and it was cold. Even though the dot was the right colour when we got the pizza from the delivery guy, it was cold when we opened it up and looked like it had maybe been sitting under the warmer for ages. I phoned the manager at the branch but she was incredibly rude to me. She told me she'd been working at the store for 15 years and that I as a customer didn't know what I was talking about. She wouldn't listen to anything I said and continued to get more rude and had a answer for everything I said. She made no attempt to apologize or rectify the situation. I am so disgusted at this arrogant attitude and service. It is not so much anymore about the pizza being late and cold but about the poor attitude and arrogance of the owner and manager of this store as I spoke to both of them. THey do not seem to care about customer service or satisfaction. I guess their attitude will affect everything else about the store, including the poor quality of the pizzas.
