1st Occasion: Late Delivery 1hr30mins
2nd Occasion: Food delivered cold. When I quarried that the food was cold and it should be free as per the hot or not dot, the driver gave me a sad story about how he would have to pay for the food
3rd occasion: I added extra toppings, when delivered, they didn't add it on although I was charged for it and the order was late and cold. The driver's excuse was he had troubles with his bike
4th Occasion: @ the store, my order was sitting in the takeaway oven for 15mins and nobody called to say it's ready. The pizza I ordered had no cream cheese. When I explained to the store managerabout my current and past experiences, he came across very rude and didn't solve anything w.r.t my ordered pizza at the time
