EXTREMELEY BAD SERVICE

I was standing in the queue for amlost 20min just to place a simple order of a sweet chilli twister. There were no order where the line up is for customers to stand to place order and few times customers that has been waiting for a while to be served people will go past us and be hepled which tells me clearly there is no order at all. What frustrates me the most is the fact that they have almost 9 staff members at a till and they all seem to not know ehat they should be doing as it is chaos. After I eventually got a turn to place my order I was highly frustrated and agitated as I only have a hour lunch. I asked to speak to the manager on duty which I also had to ask for more than three times. It clearly shows me there is no urgency at all to try and make the experience more pleasant for customers. I was so upset I forgot to take the manageress' s name. She hardly looked me in the eye when I told her how poor their service is and that she NEEDS to manage her staff properly. I can guarantee you I will never again waste amy of my time at Canal Walk's KFC as that was just plain poor service!!!
