I went to the KFC in Farramere on Wednesday night the 13th to get food me and my family. Firstly the service was shocking, there were two customers in the place, it took 25 minutes before I was served, I had to repeat my order 3 times, and yet they still did not get it right. I asked for the Manager, he then did not speak to me, but gave me a disgusting look. He then rang my order up again 3 times because he said I was not giving the order properly. They once again did not get it right, they forgot a buddy coke, to which the Manager looked at me and said it is my fault that I did not tell them I want 3 Buddy Cokes and not 2. He then said to me that I must pay for the 3rd one on my card. I said I am not going to pay R13.00 on my card, the bank charges are basically the same price, to which I said I will go across to the Engen gararge and buy it, he then told me that it would be a better plan if I did that. THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND THAT MAN SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER!!!
