On Saturday the 01/02/2014, i decided to take the family to have a look at the new shopping center, and after awhile the kids wanted to go to spur as they love spur food for something to eat. so we were greeted by one of the waiters, and given menu's, After about 30 minutes the waiter eventually decides to place our drink order, which we seemed to confuse him brought the drink order. after waiting for so long just to get a drink we dare didn't send it back, we waited for about another 20 minutes our waiter ventured back to get what we wanted. and every time we confronted him about why he was taking so long he just kept on laughing and couldn't answer us. eventually he brought us our food which by the way was stone cold, hard and disgusting.
i am a very fair person and can understand the slow service if the restaurant was busy, but sadly it wasn't, for this really bad service and (chuckles) never got the waiters name the waiter served us, i paid the bill and walked out very unhappy.
sadly this experience at this lovely mall we will never go to and of course i shall be giving the same advice to family and friends that if they should not go to this spur as the service is so very
