Yesterday, the 2nd of Feb 2014 around 17h30, my mother, brother and I went to Cattle Baron in Table View, we always order ribs whenever we go as we know Cattle Barons ribs are the best, well not this time! We each ordered the pork ribs, and all I can say is DISGUSTING! My brother hardly touched his as they said it made him feel ill. We ate as much as we could and then asked one of the waiters if it was pork ribs as we thought they maybe got our order wrong. Apparently it was pork, as we got our bill my mother spoke to the lady manager who was on duty, she took our plates to the kitchen and said she would speak to the kitchen staff, she came out a few minutes later to let us know that they had immediately taken those ribs off the menu as it was a bad batch and the incorrect ribs! Not once did she offer us a refund or discount on our meal! This is highly poor of Cattle Baron as we spend a large amount of money there EXPECTING quality food, and what do we get? Disgusting (wrong batch) of ribs. We definitely will not be back any time soon due to the poor quality of food and service! One very disappointed customer.
