Drive through not really a drive through

I'm complaining about Greenfield KFC DRIVE thru their service is poor, we got there at about20h00 we only got to place our order at20h18 and were told to move to next window for payment, only to be told that we would wait another 20 minutes they should have told us that at the first window and there were no apologies for the inconvenience we got our order at20h55.I don't believe we need to spend an hour in a drive thru, please fix this
