Upon payment of my meal, I used my debit card and was told that payment was declined therefore paid in cash. Once I checked my mobile a little while later I noticed that my account was debited for the same amount. In other words paid double for my meal. Upon phoning the branch on the same evening, was told by Dudu that it would be resolved within 48 hours. It is now almost one week later and still no joy. This customer service is pathetic and no one else can assist with this. Please people be aware of this because this may happen to you as well.
