I bought a colonel meal on my way to work, I trusted their standard as I ddnt evn bother to check the condition of my food (I mean who would since this is a reputable business).and I left the store in trust that I was well served and evn the cashier offered a standarized customer service, to my dissapointment, when I opened my food on my lunch, here's wat I discovered, the chips were badly burnt (almost next to very very crispy with a darker brownish colour) and oh my my burger took the cake! the chicken was burnt, hard to chew and the lettuce was just well, can't find the words to describe it or my shocking discovery of wat I was served for wat I had paid. F... I dialled the customer line and got through a consult and laid a complaint, she absolutely sounded like sumone who gave no feathers of concern to wat I was complaining abt, took my name and contact down (or so it sounded) and promised me a call back frm a manager in Belle Ombre within 24 -48hrs, its been since sunday, up to now no phone call whatsover, well my advise ppl? Check ur food when u buy frm nw on, the disgust of the food I was served with, the only thing missing was a cochroach to close de
