On the 24/01/14 I visited the local Gem city (Phoenix) branch Barcelos and placed a normal order after a long business flight. 45 minutes later and still no response. but the customer's with order nos after mine received there meals. After approaching a very rude and unprofessional black manager I asked for a refund to which he was hesitate at first. He was totally unprofessional and could have passed as a total who refused to hear a customers complaint. Barcelos is definitely the worst franchise fast food place and if it can not satisfy or hear a customer out then it should be shut down. I will definitely advise all my friends and family to never visit this or any other Barcelos franchise again
