Left without eating

On Thursday February 14, 2013 I went to Barcelos restaurant at North Cape Mall for supper. When walked in I was greeted by a waitress who suggested I take a seat and she'll be with me. It took 5 long minutes to take my order and worse I waited for over 30 minutes for my food which never came. I ordered my food at 20h30 and walked out at 21h20. The lady came up to me three times telling me my food is coming. After 30min I decided to pay for the drink which was long finished by that time and walked out. This was the worst experience ever and worse the improper apology I got. The manager saw and heard me complain as was paying for the drink and didn't bother to say a word. It was clear he doesn't care about his customers, bad customer service if you ask me.
