Incorrect order and tasteless cold food

I purchased 2 x combo meals from Barcelos in Rooihuiskraal last week. The order was the 1/4 chicken, chips, garlic roll and coke. When I got home, the chicken was ice cold (taking into account, i stay less than 2 min from them). The chicken was not very tasty at all and to top it off, instead of a nice garlic roll as shown in the ad, each combo had a normal little bun in it. NO garlic roll. This order was enough to kill any appetite and prevent me from ever going back to Barcelos or recommending them. Disgusted is putting it lightly. That which is got in my 2 combo's was certainly not worth the odd R 52.00 each I paid!!
