I have order a super family pack from Barcelos Mt Edgecombe late Saturday evening. When we got home we noticed that the chicken was dry and stringy - like it had been cooked again and served to us. We then called and drove back to Barcelos to have this replaced or refunded. Upon arrival the staff said that there is no manager on duty, but the chef, Thokozo, was in charge. He then checked the chicken and did not object to our claim, however, he was absolutely rude and abrupt and said that he can only replace 3 pieces of chicken those pieces appears to be untouched. He did not want to replace the chicken or refund us - he expected us to take the chicken that he has been poking his fingers into together with the other staff. I then left my contact details with him and requested that he get the manager to call me, of which was not done.
This is extremely unacceptable and the staff were extremely unprofessional and had absolutely no idea of what customer satisfaction is all about.
