I went to Barcelos last night. I ordered 1/4 chicken and chips and spicey rice as well as a chicken kebab roll. The spicey rice was sticky and horrible, the kebab roll was completely bland and the chips were brown because the oil used was dirty! I spoke to the manager, she apologised, and handled the situation very well and told me to escalate my complaint if I am not satisfied! I am not satisfied because I spent money on a dinner for 2 people and we didn't enjoy it. When Barcelos first opened we really enjoyed the food, and have been going back but after yesterday I doubt we will be back to BArcelos unless there is a definite change in the way the food is prepared. Come on guys, we really expected better.
