I ordered a chedder melt burger from spur in Raslouw at about 12:35 and whilst I was eating I was about to finish my plate and I picked up a piece of onion ring and noticed that there were a couple of hairs dangling from it, as if it had landed in a dirty part of the floor which was not swept, I abruptly ended my quest in completing my meal, as I disgustedly stood up and walked to the manager and said "If I wanted hairs in my food, I would've asked so.
However I did receive the meal for free it was under no circumstances my intentions.
I feel that the owner of the spur in Raslouw could at least look into the hygiene of its employers and also look to improve the quality of its service and products... I don't mind paying R 65 for a burger if there are no issues.
I also request that the owner could issue a formal apology on his behalf for the inconvenience that I had to endure..
