We went to Spur for the buy one-get one special. Waited 15min after being seated before the waiter arrived for the first time. People that got seated long ofter us had their drinks and place mats way before us. I have no idea what the waiters name was. I asked him how the special works since we haven't been to Spur in ages. He said you buy one and get one free. I ordered a cheese and guacamole (avo) burger and my husband a cheese burger. When it arrived there were very little chips and onion rings. The chips were dark brown as if they had been re-fried, but worst of all the food was COLD! It was the worst quality chips & onion rings that we had ever received at a Spur. When the bill came we were charged for a beef burger and 2 sauces of different prices that worked out to more than the bacon burger which would have been the more expensive one. I asked the waiter how it worked and he then said you get charged for a beef burger and pay for what ever you wanted extra on it - not what he said before we ordered.
