My fiance and I went to Spur because we just love their food. He ordered ribs and I had a Burger. I asked for my Burger to be well done because I do not like it when it is pink. When we got our food I was quiet disappointed. My burger was not even done medium to well done, I would rather say it was medium. The best part about Spur's food are always the Chips, Onion Rings and Pink Sauce, but not this time. Both our chips were cold and tasted like they were reheated rather than fried and the onion rings were really soggy and oily. I do love Spur's food and I always go back for more but this time I was really let down and I am not sure if I will have their food again. To add to the the disaster of the meal all the waiters were busy so we could not really speak to a waiter or ask for a manager.
