I stopped at the Maxis over the highway... walked in waited for 10mins NO SERVICE went to my own table and has to ASK a waiter to come help us after a further 20mins... then complained to the manager who then took our order and GOT IT WRONG!!! This is no joke... u guys are way behind your compettitors already, if you dont do something and sort this out ypu will be a company with nothing. WOW man... sort out your staff!!!
