We had food at Sunset Bay Spur on 22 December 2013 - the total amounted to R 826, 50 (Invoice : 4400231165) - However, my wife sent her food back because she had a strange hair in her food - we did call the manager and he apologised - However, Spur still had us pay for the meal (my wife did not want another plate of food, she was too disgusted)
I took it up with Spur but they advised that they do not have a policy to refund meals which has been unhygienically prepared
I will never have a meal at any Spur again - apart from the above, their food is really not up to standard (we only went there because of our granddaughter) - but it is the last time!!
