A Few days ago my sister and i decided to have lunch at spur, apron our arrival we asked the waitress why there was so many open tables when there was a long Queue of people awaiting to be seated, she responded to say that they are understaffed because they get paid little to nothing with hardly any days off as well as constantly being asked to work double shifts.
We went for the monday special, buy one burger and get the other free. a few bites in to my burger to find a Big Insect. We asked to speak to the manager, he asked us what would we like him to do for us. there was no need for discussion, the manager's first responds should of been to immediately remove my meal, let me know that the meal will not be charged for and then offer me another meal (no Charge), this was not the case, we got the meal for free at the end but the whole experience put me off spur for LIFE!! I feel sympathetic for the staff and i hope spur is able to improve there standards.
