KFC Took money but says transaction erro

On the 27 January I went to KFC Grey Owl. I purchased for the amount R59.60 with my Debit Card, i Immediately got an SMS from my bank saying the Money has gone off. The person at the teller says it said transaction error and refused to give us the food we paid for.

I now have to waste more Fuel and time by going to the bank and sending Bank statements proving that the Money went off.

This is unacceptable and will cost more than double just to Get a R60 meal as i am all the way from Pretoria.

Kindly assist asap!
