My family and I went for lunch at the Nando's @ trade route mall in Lenasia, I placed my order and took a seat. about 15 mins later our chicken with the livers arrived, BUT we had no cutlery on our table, the waiter than brings out chips with no cutlery, we than as to speak to the manager who is Sphamanhla all he does is ask the waiter in front of us where is the cutlery and tells us his sorry, the waiter than brings the plates with no forks and knives, at this time he did not bring our rolls and salad, while waiting for all these things to be put on our table our food got cold, so I woke up and approached the manager again, and I told him this is not the way you run a restaurant and you need to teach your staff he tells me not to tell him what to do I, so I asked him for a refund due to the way he handled this matter, he tells me you did not give me your money and refused to assist, and still had attitude and tells me if I want to call the customer care I can go ahead. I worked in a restaurant and I know what must be done before the food arrives and I clearly know what is customer service.
