Claim laid no response or feedback from bank

On 2nd of november an amount of 5452-31 was taken from my acc by bp gordonsbay, i was not even at gordonsbay and the transaction went straight through not even notifying me a per sms. i laid all the claims and cases as per bank in strand. today after more than a month i got hold of a back official who told me the transaction were done on 11 feb but the bank only now debit the funds. i checked all statements from dec to march and nowhere does this transaction occur! i never buy so much fuel or snacks at the BP ever!!! i want my money back plus all the interest the bank charge.
