Wimpy our money!!! Double charging

We ate at Wimpy in Gold Reef City on the 13th April 2013. We proceeded to pay for our meal with a debit card. We received an SMS from the bank stating that the money was debited from our account, but the wimpy attendant and manager insisted that it did not and that there was an error with the transaction even after we showed them the SMS. They refused to let us leave without paying again and told us that its a common error and the bank will send us an SMS giving us back the money or they would refund us on the 15th April 2013. Its been 2 weeks now and we still have not received the money back from the bank. We have phoned the manager who helped us multiple times now and she said we must just email our bank statement and account number to wimpy. She has asked us to do this more then once already. This is totally unacceptable Wimpy, we are very disappointed.
