Substandard custumer service

On the 13 December 2013 we went for our Christmas lunch as per booking, the lunch was scheduled for 2hrs as per quote, firstly we had to wait for about 20 minutes before a waiter could attend to our table, after I complained. The place was so packed that we had to queue for meals to be prepared which took so much time allocated to us. To make matters worse, our allocated waiter disappeared for a long period of time after serving our first drinks order. After much waiting, another waiter offered to assist us but unfortunately told me that we should be preparing to finish our meals since the time is almost up and they are about to prepare the tables for the next group, but she will try to locate our waiter to serve us. eventually when our waiter arrived she took our order, and that was unfortunately our last order, any other order would have to be take away. I asked for the refund on the outstanding money allocated for drinks since the money was already paid by EFT days ago and I was informed that they do not have a refund policy. What a day light! needless to say I will never ever go to that restaurant again.
