A Couple of friends and I decided last week we would go to Colbyn for their R5 breakfast. We gave them a call and they said it's fine we can come in for the R5 breakfast special and that it's ONLY R5. This morning 9:25 we arrived and asked for 3 R5 breakfast specials. The waiter, very rudely, said What do you wanna drink?! and we said nothing thanks, just the breakfast specials. He then said NO you HAVE to order a drink BEFORE you can get the R5 special. No where on the menu or website do they specify this and we asked the manager what's going on? He said it's fine we can have the R5 breakfast WITHOUT drinks but if we read the T&C's very carefully we might see that they specify. 30 minutes later, 10:00, we asked the waiter where are meals were. Again rudely, he just looked at us and walked away. Another waiter came 5 minutes later and asked if everything was all right, we said No could we please get our meals?? FINALLY right as we were about to just leave, 10:20, our meals arrived. Pathetic service and what an incompetent waiter! I strongly urge whoever wants to eat there, to rather go to McDonald'ds, because sure it's R40 for a meal but at least you get it within your life time.
