I made a reservation last night to go through for dinner (reservation made for 7:45PM). We pitched up on time, and what followed thereafter was a complete disaster.
We waited 15 minutes before the (only) waiter acknowledged our presence. And, because he had several other tables to wait on, we were told that he would attend to us when he was done with the other tables.
During this time, several other patrons complained about the bad / lack of service, the waiter responded that he was the only waiter on duty, and the kitchen was extremely backlogged. No sight of a manager.
20 minutes later, no menu on our tables, no drinks order taken, no apologies. We left. My 6 months pregnant and extremely hungry wife was furious.
I will never set foot in this 'restaurant' again.
