My friend and I ordered a R20 Breakfast each and a cool drink each, we waited for 40 minutes and it still had not arrived. When we complained to the manager, he said he would log a complaint with head office.
No apologies, no asking what he can do to make amends, no asking the kitchen what went wrong or why it took so long...
Very disappointed that a manager just sits behind the computer, doesn't check on tables, seat customers or take orders. Not good at assisting with complaints either.
