Horrible Service

We visited Wimpy Pongola on the Sunday of the long weekend. We arrived at 11:00, and the store was half full. After struggling to get a waiter, our cool drink was served. The Coke was FLAT. We asked for a replacement, and was told that we need to purchase cans from the garage store, as all the cool drink is that way. This is more expensive than machine coke, and WIMPY did not have gas, or back up cans. Food took 45 minutes to arrive. I asked to see the manager 4 times and was ignored. The manager only arrived at the store 40 minutes after we ordered. Once the food arrived, the buns was ICE COLD. This made the whole burger inedible. The manager deducted the cost of the buns, but this did not solve the problem. The only reason why we did not leave, was because I had my three year old, very hungry, son with me. This was the slowest and least professional service I've ever experienced at a WIMPY.
