I placed an order for my kids for a magarieta and first of all the pizza was late. Secondly my kids are 3 and 5 yrs old and were starving, when the pizza finally arrived and once the delivery guy left, we opened up the box just to find the pizza burnt. I called the store in Laudium and explained the situation. The lady was so rude and advised she cant do anything and the manager will only come in at 20.30, the food was brought to us at 18.30, does she expect my kids to wait until that time? To top it of while speaking she slammed the phone down on me.
Well thats it for me never ordering from Laudium again, and by the way the manager never called untol today, order was placed on 21.12.13
