Terrible experience

We arrived at 10:00, we were not greeted upon arrival, an had to seat ourselves.By 10:10 we still hadn't been helped and physically had to get up and get a waitron to help us.

We place our drink order and 10minutes later drinks arrived, and shockingly they were the wrong drinks, surely a coke and a creme soda wasn't that difficult. Another 5 minutes went by and we finally received our correct drinks.

When those FINALLY arrived, we ordered breakfast. 5 minutes in and some plates arrived with the wrong food - obviously their numbering system is flawed... At 10:45 a delightful sight of the correct breakfast arrived, which was not to surprisingly COLD!

When I asked for my meal to be heated, I got dirty looks and a hint of resentment, but no apology. My meal came back Lukewarm and missing a few chips. When I asked to see the manager I was told he's busy and didn't have the time to talk to me.

Needless to say I will not be back to that wimpy EVER again!!
