This Morning we decided to go to Wimpy Bayside for a breakfast when we got there (smoking section) we were seated at a table under a dripping aircon when we asked if they could please turn the aircon of we were told they don't know how...
we ordered breakfast, and needless to say they got my order wrong and when I queried it, I had the wrong waitress and was told it "it was not me who brought you the wrong food it was the other lady" no let me sort it out. they just passed the blame on.
when we finally got the right waitress she came to our table and in a very rude way asked "what is wrong now".
there were 3 tables that complained in a matter of 10minutes and one table that left because they got no service at all.
when we finally got the manager to come see us, (25minutes later) she could not even communicate properly with us.
then when paying for the breakfast we could see into the kitchen where they were making the breakfast and was shocked to see that they don't use gloves or hairnets... that was a big thing because that is very unhygienic..
and this 10 days before Christmas the season is only starting and it does not look like they can cope...
