Today, 2 Nov, we went to the McDonald's drive through at the Centurion Lifestyle Center. Firstly the lady taking the order messed it up completely despite repeating it back to us. We ordered 3 McMeals, 2 chocolate McFlurry's and 1 strawberry. We upsized to get double the competition stickers. We had to wait for the ice-creams. For quite a while. We didn't get the stickers - we had to ask for them. They were reluctant to give them to us. We had to ask them more than once. We received the meals - 1 chips missing. They also got the ice-cream wrong giving us 2 strawberry 1 chocolate. The one meal was also wrong. We only checked the meals at home - a distance from them so we couldn't go back and after waiting for the ice-cream and holding up the queue for so long we didn't want to tell them - we'd have had cold food waiting while they fixed the ice-cream!!
Their service and general attitude is disgusting. They are worse than McDonalds at the Mall of Reds, and that is something because they are terrible. We will NOT be going back there that I can be sure of.
