Yesterday Morning my Fiance and I went to get a breakfast at the N1 City branch, as we often do.
At the window I ordered a mega mcmuffin and she ordered a sosage egg mcmuffin. We each had 2 coffees and asked for a little extra milk at the order counter and tomato sauce as well. When we got our order we specifically asked if there was extra tomato sauce and we were told "yes". We then drove off...
When we were eating firstly the hashbrowns were a solid sludge of oil... disgusting to say none the less - there was also 1 tomato sauce... 1 i ask you... did they expect us to share the sauce sachet???
My Fiance also did not receive the sosage egg she only got a sosage mcmuffin (the receipt shows that is what was ordered - although it was not) Now do you know how dry a plain sosage egg mcmuffin is with half a sachet of tomato sauce...
Also with the extra milk our coffees were filled LEVEL to the brim with the milk and when we opened the cup to insert the sugar it spilled out all over our BRAND NEW CAR that is 3 weeks old!!!
We asked for 8 sugar 4 - each and we got 7 sachets... CAN YOUR STAFF NOT COUNT...
As a result i will not spend a single cent of my money at McDonalds again
