I completely understand that the new Sandown Centre has had their water turned off for a few days but last night I was shocked by McDonalds making me pay extra for drinks I didn't want in the 1st place!!!
I ordered a sharebox at the drive through and when I got to the window to pay I was told they have no coke because of the water issue and I would need to choose other drinks, so my husband ordered milkshakes instead. we were then told that we had to pay extra per drink as the sharebox did not come with milkshakes!!! How is it MY problem that you have no water to make your kayway drinks and are now offering OTHER drinks that are not included in the meal???
Then at Pickup I was told to park and wait because they had no nuggets available and had to make. After waiting 15mins a lady brought my food to the car and forgot the mcflurry, when I asked where it is she asked for my till slip and came back with a mcflurry but never brought the slip back!!!
McDonalds Sandown, you need to get your act into gear - everytime I have been there I have had a complaint but enough is enough!!!
