Failed to understand their own delivery policy

I ordered a tripple decker on Saturday, 02 March 2013 12:20 to be delivered to Amazon Wembley 2 online. The confirmation showed delivery 13:00 should there be any issue they would give me a call to let me know if it would take longer. I called the store just to confirm that it would arrive at 13:00 and the lady told me it would probably take 15 minutes. The driver arrived after 13:00. When he was told that he was over the time period for delivery he began to give me an attitude by telling my I should call the store. I then called through to the store to complain and after explaining my whole story to the person who answered the phone who said her name so softly then passed me on to her manager who's name also is a mystery as it is said in such a way that you cannot make out what it is. I explained my situation and was met with a very defensive tone and was told i must hand the driver the phone he was downstairs i was also told it can sometimes take longer but no call was given to say this. I called the Manager back which I 3 times, on the first call d manager ended call I will call the driver then hung up. The driver had left when I got downstairs no Pizza just just disappointment
