On the 1st of October, my boyfriend and I ordered McDonalds before we left to campus. Used to the great food and service we usually receive from our newly opened branch in Goodwood, we were shocked as there were no serviettes in store and when I asked for some, cashier said they had no stock. Nevertheless, I took my food and left. When I got to the car, I found that my burger was not in the bag and my boyfriend had to go back instore. As we ate our food, we came to realise the fries were stale too. We are regular customers of Mcdonalds and Im seriously unhappy with this service, we pay alot for our food and I expect better. I hope this will change as this Mcdonalds is down the road and very convienient for us.
