Conning customers is their business model

Me and my wife ordered the fully loaded box meal. The person taking the order asked if we would like the cool drinks in a bottle or cup. We preferred the bottles. When we had to pay, the price suddenly jumped from R57.9 to R64 per meal. We were never informed about the price increase.
This is criminal behaviour and the Irene branch must be the worse run branch I have been too, and this time I will make sure everybody in the area knows that they should rather use the other branch or even better Mc Donald's, rather than to be conned into buying something they did not opt in to pay more for.
This is my second complaint about this branch, the first time, they said sorry and they will post me a voucher, which I never received and I have also told KFC head office about this, it seems they also find this behaviour acceptable as they did nothing about it.
And as for the sauces, we only received ONE packet of tomato sauce!!! No salt or vinegar. I will never use this branch again.
The power of social media, and the ability to reach thousands of people in seconds should not be underestimated. People should know about bad service!!!
