A month ago I took my family for some KFC at the trade route branch the drive thru should be called the crawl through because its so slow.
I ordered zinger wings a wicked zinger box meal and 2 pops meal
I get zinger wings
fully loaded box meal incorrect
pops meal with juice when I specifically asked for cokes with it
I mean really how difficult is it to get the order right
this is the second time I am lodging the complaint as KFC sends you nothing for the inconvenience caused you complain at the branch and all you get told is sorry then the hello peter sends you a sorry letter I always support the addHOPE initiative and KFC wont even say get a on the house meal for the mess up I mean really I spend close to R200 a shot when we visit your stores
