I am furious!!! I have just walked in the door from getting Steers takeaways from the Waterstone branch in Somerset West. I ordered a king steer burger meal for my fianc? as well as a cheese burger meal for myself. The burger meal was R40. For a small chips, cool drink and a measly excuse of a pale burger. I have had junior cheese burgers from McDonalds bigger than my cheese burger I received today. The piece of tomato I got on my burger was thicker than the patty. I am absolutely fuming. I just spent over R100 at your pathetic branch and I must eat a burger fit for a 10 year old. This is unacceptable. The chips were also pale and not crispy nor were they seasoned. They didn't even give me some of my own seasoning salt which I always usually get from other branches. Last time I visit your branch. Your franchise is ridiculous with prices anyway. May as well have a spur burger for cheaper.
