I can't express enough how disappointed I have become in KFC.I never get what I want. And last night (8/11) was the last straw. On previous occasions I ordered kfc dreamball avalanche and the caramel sauce was almost non existent. Probably less than a teaspoon full. Or the chicken is so dry, you choke on it. We buy kfc as a treat about once a month because it is expensive. So I decided to try the power tower box meal. The chicken was disgusting. The skin wasn't cruchy, it was one big oil ball. My boyfriend bought the Zinger box meal - but it was not a zinger box meal. Rather a fully loaded box meal.
When we ordered I told the girl I want:1 zinger box meal, 1 power tower box meal and a small pops. and 4 add hopes..Then I paid and she said: 1 fully loaded box (so I corrected her saying it should be the zinger one) 1 power tower and one small pops. We got our order and left. We dont live near a kfc. So when we got to our destination he noticed that he got a fully loaded box meal instead of a zinger. I checked the slip and she did ring up a zinger. Zaakirah replied asking my number and branch to sort it out. 11 days later. Nothing
