I am a regular customer at KFC and have been a loyal supporter for over 20 years. This said, I am beginning to steer clear of KFC over the last 6 months due to bad service predominantly the stingy allocation of sauces to its customers. I do not consider myself as gluttonous person however, i do believe in being provided with adequate sauces for each meal that one purchases. I do not klnow where or when the policy decision was made to only give a customer one sachet of sauce but it is complete nonsense and i have encountered it at practically every branch I have frequented. When i visit Steers or Macdonalds there is never a problem if i ask for additional sachets (1 or 2 extra) however, at KFC the staff consistently say they do not have enough. Today at the Woodmead branch I ordered a tower burger meal at the drive-thru and knowing i was only going to get one sachet i checked inside the packet and I was correct. I then asked for a second sachet and the lady told me they had run out of stock. I parked my car and walked into the building to find the staff busy handing plenty of sachets to other customers. This is completely unacceptable when customers are to. No more Loyalty!
