Pathetic service

Hi

I called in to place an order at 12pm today, was told that the order will be ready in 30 mins, i got there at 12.35pm and they had not even rung up the order. i had to wait an extra half hour which was pathetic I orderedextra extra hot and got mild. DO THEY EVEN LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER? There was a man next to me that ordered a simple roll and had to wait 10 mins. The service at OLD MILL is terrible and the manager doesnt even manage the staff properly. Their Motto should be "INCOMPETENCY is one of the Services we offer.
