Went to McDonalds cape town branch the one situated on cape town station and upon stepping in i saw signs that they were out of soda/soft drinks and were only serving juice which is understandable. After standing and waiting for service a good few minutes i was helped but the by the girl that my meal will be more and that there is no other way it could be changed. Usually the price i see is what i pay and here this girl was insisting i needed to pay an additional R10 for something that wasn't my problem clearly. She called in her manager whom i will add is a complete the lord alone knows how McDonald picks people to lead their stores cause she insisted that on the sign it stated that you will have to pay more and to my knowledge it just indicated no soft drinks. The woman afterwards told me i should leave and go to other McDonalds if i don't want to pay more so now I'm asking McDonalds South Africa is that how you train you people to treat customers and also is it right to force something onto people if it not their fault and lastly are they trained to make stuff up as they go along and be totally rude? One final thing why dont they accept ebucks or is it another made up rule
