I called in at 10 o clock to place an order for collection at 13:00, was assisted and was advised the food will be ready by then, at 13:00 i went to wimpy to fetch the order and i was advised the manager didn't allow waitresses to prepare the order as most client do not come and fetch their orders, i then asked why wasn't i told in the first place when i called through in the morning to place the order, i had to wait for another half an hour for my food with no one willing to prioritise my order it came to a point where the waitress told us if we leave that order will be deducted from her salary not leave, how unprofessional is that? all she thought about was her salary not the service we deserve as customers.
i must say am very dissapointed at wimpy and that was the last time i ordered food there.
after half an hour the food was ready we had to wait another 10 minutes for the cool drink.
