I have been ordering from Bruma for many years now and now that eastgate is handling their deliveries its all gone to the gutters
I called for a delivery to be done ..
They took my order after and hour i called again my order wasnt delivered i asked for the manager .. was holding on for minutes and still she doesnt come to the phone
they dropped the call

i called again now an hour mins later no order delivered the guy tells me its cos they have moved and it taking longer will take another mins?
I held on for the manager again who came after mins
