This is the second goddamn time that I sit on that useless excuse for a Fast Food Companies drive through and drive out the other side with nothing due to the incompetent staff that most likely dont even know where they are.
Ive sat in the drive through on 2 occasions in the past 3 weeks that after waiting 25 minutes and getting to the ordering window for the woman to ask after we placed the order if we are paying by cash or card she only then informs us we can't pay by card because their systems are down. We then had to wait another 15 minutes to get out of the drive through.
I have had it with complaining about kfc, Durbanville in particular. An apology just wont cut it anymore. I want to be compensated for the food I didn't receive, the petrol and my time wastef sitting in that rubbish drive through!
