Am a regular customer at nandos Bruma, i tried calling the number 011 6228749 which is the one i always call to make orders, after calling it for about 30 minutes n still no response, i chose to drive there, upon reaching there, i inquired why no one attended to the phone, the manager on duty clammed that, there was noone to attend to the phones and that her manager ordered them to remove the phones from the front desk and put them in the office at the back, tried to call her on the number i was given n there was no response, wrote her a sms n still no answer. Not only was my time worsted to drive to Nandos and start waiting for my order, but upon reaching home, i discovered that, the chicken i was given, did not have any spice on it, it was test-less, am now sure that if you have a complaint with Nandos u will be feed with useless food, am looking for a way to alert the community to referent from eating from Nandos, am so angry that i had to go to bed hungry as a result of poor service and chicken that i was given from nandos bruma, and not to mention poor management, if i was managing the company, i would have answered my phone, where a complaint is concerned
